Wildlife Rehab of Greenville's recorded message instructs callers on what to do when an injured or orphaned animal is found and which volunteer to call for more information. If you experience a busy signal or any problem with our phone line, please try your call again.

Join Us!

We welcome your interest in becoming a volunteer for Wildlife Rehab of Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. We hope you will join our network of volunteers who help Wildlife Rehab of Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina with the enormous responsibility of caring for more than 1,200 wildlife patients each year. We just could not exist without our volunteers who assist us.

We are a non-profit organization and receive no financial aid from the government or any other agency. Our mission is to care for injured or orphaned wildlife native to the state of South Carolina with the goal of returning them to the wild. Each year the number of cases brought to us increases. As the demand for the services we offer increases, so does our need for volunteers.

The volunteers of Wildlife Rehab of Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina help in many ways, including: helping with the care of the animals, returning our phone calls, and providing education to members of our community. Each of our volunteers are offered a basic training and orientation session. Extra training sessions are offered throughout the year for volunteers who want to become involved in special programs or teams. Because of the demanding nature of some of our rehabilitation work, the minimum age for volunteers is 18. Please read the following descriptions of the areas in which volunteers can be of the most help to us. If you're interested, please complete the questionnaire below. We will be in touch and let you know when our next training will be held.
